slow service
On Wednesday 30/12/2015, I went to Athlone KFC,Klipfontein Road to buy supper for the family. On arrival I noticed that the drive-through was busy and I then decided to go into the shop to place my order(a decision I would regret later). Not being a stranger to bad service from KFC, I have never experienced this level of bad service which I experienced on this occasion. To make a long story sort, I had to wait 42 minutes for my order,excluding the 8 minutes I had to wait in line to place my order. I voiced my disgust and unhappiness with the shift manager/supervisor, but no real \excuse"was forwarded for the poor service(not that there is any kind of excuse that can be given for such poor service).<br> <br> KFC need to step up to the plate and admit that there is serious issues with the way they are conducting their business"
