Slow Poor Service

I went today to Ceres KFC. I can say the service is probably the worst that I've experienced. Firstly there was only 1 server whilst the store was busy. After waiting for approximately 5min another server (Johanna) can strolling like there is no care in the world or sudden urgency. I greeted in English and wanted to place my order. She responded in Afrikaans which I'm not to fami**** with. It is professional to respond in the common language that the customer is flaunt in. In Afrikaans she tells me that ALL 3 card machines weren't working. There was no signs posted etc. I wasted my time by having to go to the ATM and draw cash. Come back and wait again in line. KFC Ceres get your act together. This is pathetic.
