Slow People Show Not Work at Fast Food Restaurants

The worst experience at KFC Sunnyside, Pretoria. I got to the store, my food was ready but I ended up spending another 10 minutes arguing with a slow, stupid waitress by the name of Sylvia, I was even late to return from my lunch break at work because of her. When she was supposed to give me my food, she tells me they don't have drinks in plastic cups, I asked how am I supposed to know that if they don't put it up online? She tells me "they told you and it's even written on those ordering machines over there.", like how dense can you really be? I ordered online, which part of that statement is hard to understand? People this slow should not work in fast food establishments. When she finally caught on, because she's slow and I had to wait for her, she demanded that I pay an extra R10 for a buddy bottle, which I obviously refused because it was a command not a suggestion. I told her to cancel the drink, she said I'll still pay the same price and I will only get the chips, at this point I'm losing it now. This whole time her colleague has been telling her to "go get the drink from the back and pour it into the cup", but guess what, too slow. She then goes over to get the drink, stops on the way to talk to someone, spends another minute or two standing there while I'm waiting, which is rude at the very least. She finally gets the drink, then slowly walks over to the food, takes a minute to pour the drink, another minute to open the bag, another minute to walk over to get the chips. I was just so infuriated, because she was now doing it deliberately. Please get rid of such people, otherwise you'll lose customers. I know it doesn't matter to you because I'm just a number among the millions of customers you have, but I will be sharing this experience across all social media platforms, HelloPeter and Google.
