SLOW DELAYED SERVICE
Every morning I stop at the KFC at the Cape Town train station, I order the exact same meal, AM Deluxe with cappuccino, that is your breakfast special, but I have to wait longer than 10 or 15 minutes for my order, which is supposed to be on standby because majority of your customers request for it just like the wings... Today 28.09.2015 - 07:30 I was there again ordered the same thing had to wait longer the 10 minutes, when I finally received my order they hand it over without my cappuccino, then the casher have the ordacity to tell me that I never said that I wanted cappuccino, and I said it out clearly she did not have the decency to apologise... Please sort out this mess ASAP because they can never be this slow they will make us late for work, customers even walk out cos they wait to long and there was less than 10 people in the queue...
