Slow and pathetic

At exactly 14:00 I ordered and paid for 4 Dunked Wings at R19.90. I waited exactly 12min for my order. My order was ready for 10min, just waiting there To be passed to me. KFC Staff showed no interest in serving the orders, and poured themselves some Sprite in a cup and drank it right there in front of us. The cashier chewed bubblegum. Why is that allowed? I never see management there, no wonder the security guard was drunk on Christmas day and paraletically drunk on New Years day where he passed out in the road....No Management.
