Slow and Disappointed by KFC service

Came to KFC Zambesi on 26/1/19 and found the drive trough so busy fot they are serving pedestrians at the drive trough window.

My order was made 07:32 and I find it highly disappointing that I to wait for more then 20min for the pedestrians orders where also in the mix. And the best of all had my order wrong.... Poor...

It is really disappointing that a fast food restaurant is not at all fast specially over month end weekend. Dont you plan for these high volume days?

Will go to another **** out next time rather instead of waisting time at a KFC drive trough
