Slobby service

Good afternoon ,I have been at alot of different KFC stores ,but this branch has been the worst I have ever seen ,they never have chicken available,they take your money then inform you there is waiting time for your 30-90 mins,they once made me wait 40 mins for one mash and gravy came at home it's just mash no gravy at ALL!

If you ask the staff if you can speak to the manager ,to me looking from the outside anybody is the manager all of a sudden after speaking to the person who claims to be the manager ,after sorting the problem this "manager asks me "watte kant toe travel jy want ek soek n lift huistoe" my word .

There is already no customer service s****s yo start off with .Once a month I don't know if it's a competition for the branches or what then they try to beat the timer to need to pay at the first window then drive past the collection window they will bring your food .(I refuse ) you can go there anytime even for a streetwise 2 you will wait for chicken ,I do understand things happen ,machines can break ,or even a specific shift is lazy ,but for goodness sake not all the time,On a Wednesday night ,you can have a look ,after waiting so long in the que to order and ppl get told waiting time they rather then prefer to go across to macdonalds ,there is never a problem,they know what service delivery is ,aswell as clientele,

If you ask the staff who is the manager on shift they laugh .

These are few things I have experienced as well as ppl that have spoken about kfc avonwood .

It's like anybody was just hired for the post .I think this is service they are rendering is slobby and not appropriate.

Should the manager be strict and goal driven staff will have no choice but to up there game and do what they have come to do ,but if the manager is never minded and cannot attend to what is occurring at the branch then this is what happens.
