Slipped on wet floor with no sign and injured my knee and leg

Good day on the 31 December 2024 at 21:00 I visited your KFC Sunward park branch. I placed my order and paid, then headed for the toilet to wash my hands. While walking I slipped on a very wet floor and injured my knee. The cleaning lady was mopping but put the sign for wet floor in the other side opposite where I was walking. Where I slipped there was no warning or sign. I have experienced excruciating pain on my knee since then I cannot sleep at night, painkillers are not helping. Please assist me with medical attention urgently I have to return back to work and I cannot walk properly or sleep normally. Unfortunately I don’t have medical aid otherwise I would’ve gotten help myself
