slipped at door

On the 3rd of August 2015 at approximately 2 pm my family and I went to have lunch. After lunch my kathy purchased the ice cream and on exiting the store she slipped at the door . We where told by other customers that the tiles was just mopped after the incident. The manager did not even have the courtesy to come check if kathy was fine. Really disappointed with the attitude of this kfc in Springfield park durban .
