Sies , ratchet tendencies

<p>I always get the best service :) . But today I got the worst from a straat mate from the back came shouting at us. While we were being served . Firstly we were on lunch , the security guy did us a favor by telling the cashier to help us knowly that we are on 30 mins lunch .. But noooo !!! her colleague came from nowhere shouting , saying nasty comments she wanted us to wait on the long queue while there was only one Cashier . I regard that as bad client service ! Her name is Hellen. </p> <p>Please remind her constantly on how to treat clients </p>
