Side Breast-LESS

So 01 May 2026 @ 15:57 I was referred to KFC Kasselsvlei by a friend....saying they have the best service and and everything is always fresh. However that was very far from the the experience i have just receive. Firstly the cashier Michele at the drive through....had a attitude, like she is doing me a favour. She didn't even let me know there is 10 minute wait for the 4 wings when i ordered to go with my 2 x bucket for One ( side breast )Got to the window to pay and when i didn't have the R1 she requested to give me a R70 change she rolled her eyes at me like i did something to her. Some people actually notice everything. Then when i got to the window to collect my food, that's when the lady told me there is 10 minute waiting period for wings. Instead of waiting she she gave me 6 flat wings...which i am greatful for however i asked for side breast as that is my and my work college favorite part of the chicken only to get both buckets with WINGS (NOT THE SIDE BREAST as per order) ...Seriously, don't your drive through cashier communicate that to the staff. Now we sitting at work, SIDE BREASTLESS and to far to drive back to kfc kasselsvlei. PLEASE DO BETTER
