SHUT THE STORE DOWN!

<p>Once again appalled by the service received from this branch.I came from Jhb on Saturday afternoon with my 2 daugters,wife and my 3 grandsons,2 aged 3 and 1 aged 5.I popped in at KFC Silverton not taking into regard my former experiences i encounted there in the past.Went through the drive thru,started off by placing an order for 3 x Kiddies meals.To my dismay I was informed they did not have any small kiddies rolls in stock.When i asked the lady to compromise and substitute the small rolls with a normal one instead she had no clue what i meant by the word "compromise".It was then confirmed that i made a huge mistake once again by stopping there.I was irated,and proceeded to park at the main entrance which is on the Drive thru path ,and went inside to speak to the manager on duty.Now you must realise,its lunch time,we coming from Jhb with 3 boys that is hungry.The manager says to me "we have a problem with the supplier that was to deliver the kiddies buns"All stock for franchises comes from KFC H/Offices as far as i am aware i said to him,got the owners details Boitumelo and told him i was going to log a complaint with H/Office.Dealt with this owner before.Logged complaint with HO Wednesday when i was back at the office.Today i get a msg Case closed by...........Case was never closed.Store owner never got in touch with me,i have had no correspondence from KFC either via mail or phone,but "case closed"After receiving this mail i contacted KFC Customer care again and as told they would re-open the case as nobody could get a hold of me either way."REALLY NOW".Thanks KFC for once again just proving that i am dealing with a franchise that does'nt care about its customers.</p>
