SHUT DOWN KFC POTSDAM

So I drive 8 kms to buy 2x KFC Streetwise 2 at Sasol Potsdam at midday and repeatedly tell the lady on the drive through phone THIGH AND DRUM. I get my order and drive home. When I get home it's a wing and another piece. I drive back there and request the cashier take these pieces back and she calls the manager who greets me and takes the 2 meals and says I'll bring you the correct order. He brings 1 meal and says where is the other meal after he gave them both to the cashier to return. No apologies about the fuel I used nothing. KFC, Why do undermine what we want from you in exchange for our hard earned money. THE COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR THE TIME, FUEL AND COMPLETE DISRESPECT OF ME AS A PERSON FROM YOUR STAFF AT SASOL POTSDAM IS DISGUSTING.
