Shouted At By Cashier

I am not a regular at KFC but went to the KFC William Moffat, Port Elizabeth Drive Through this afternoon to buy lunch for my family as a treat. Unfortunately I am not fami**** with the menu which is not displayed fully in the drive through area so I stopped at the window to ask for a few options and upon doing so I was shouted at by a KFC employee twice...once before ordering from another employee and once again after paying. After receiving my food I phoned the branch and asked to speak to the manager who was apparently already speaking. She was not really interested in my complaint which I had calmly explained to her. She really was not interested in my issue at all. I find it shocking that KFC employs such terrible staff and will not be going back. I do intend to share my horrible experience as widely as possible!!!
