Shortages of ice cream (Soft serve)

I did't complain but have a proposal, it is now the hottest months of the year, I normally wanted to buy ice cream (Soft serve) from KFC in van der Hoff.

And guess what, there is NEVER ice cream (Soft serve). or the staff are too lazy to throw ice cream into the machine.

I don't stay far from the KFC. and still want to buy ice cream there.

Can I make a HUGE request that the Management buy more ice cream (Soft serve), or otherwise talk to the staff to replace the ice cream (Soft serve)regularly.
