Shortage on order

I'm really unsatisfied with the service received from Kfc. I did not receive my most desirable side coleslaw. I'm really disappointed by the service that was provided by the workers packing orders to be delivered. This is the first time I'm so disappointed with the service of my favorite takeout outlets.
