Shortage of pieces and untidy packing

On the 25th of January 2025, I brought 15 pieces at KFC in Mitchels plain Cape Town. When I got home I noticed that they gave me 12 pieces instead of 15. I couldn’t return it because it is too far from where I live. On the 27 of January I went to blue route mall in tokai to buy wrap box, when I opened the package the chips, spices, tomato sauce were all packed together with the meat and the wrap in one so untidy.
