Shockingly poor service

I have never seen such lack of urgency in helping customers ever before. I visited the drive through at KFC in Atlantis this past Friday night and arrived at 20h35 and could only place my order at 21h05. Upon that we only received our order at 21h25. Now that's almost an hour, even more frustrating when standing at the window awaiting my order I witnessed the manner in which the staff attended to its customers in a rather lackluster way when the store was packed. There are cameras in the store and I ask that more senior figures at KFC to look into this as I have not witnessed this kind of service at any other KFC.
