Shocking service worst kfc

Hi got a major complaint regarding the kfc in Malvern. I was there to buy food and the lady at the counter who was serving me blatantly ignored me when trying to place a order eventually when the lady decided to assist me after about 10minutes of saying next customer and looking past me she angrily served me and then threw my change back at me and mumbled as she walked away from me. This is the first time that I have ever had this disgusting service at this kfc and I regularly buy from there but this will certainly be the last time and will make sure to notify everybody of the service and to not support this particular kfc was disgusted and disappointed in their service
