Shocking service - Rude Staff

At around 13h50 i went to buy a street wise 2 pap meal for my son. Cashier was did her job very well. However, the lady who gave us the food was not really friendly. Ok, I drove home and as i was just about to feed him i realized that the gravy was extremely small and couldn't feed him as he is a special need child and his food must be soft. I then decided to call the KFC and explained my problem but the guy by the name if Thanduxolo told me to come speak to him on my next visit even though I had explained my matter to him. I then decided to drive so that i can return the meal and rather get him some sour milk as I also need to give him his meds within a specific time. I then came across a lady by the name of Flora. She asked if she could help but i told her that i had already asked for Thando as he knew the story. Fine. Thando came and offered to exchange the pap and give me another gravy but while we were talking, this RUDE Flora decided to be grad the invoice and did the refund and also claimed that there was nothing wrong with the meal.

This woman basically told me to go to HELL after I asked her to borrow me a pen and wanted to write down the names of the people that handled my query. She grabbed my invoice so fast that i was even torn just because i wanted to write her and Thando' s details down since they were the once who assisted me with my problem.

I am so unhappy that i will never step my foot in any if the KFC.....
