Shocking service received at KFC Emmerentia

I received rather a shocking service from KFC Emmerentia. This KFC is a 24hr drive through however there was no one to assist by the window. I had to hoot and wait while I needed something really quick and to beat the morning traffic, this turned into more than 20min of wait. Upon asking why was I not being served I was told that the team that was there was knocking off and I was directed to the next window. What a nightmare, when I was finally served, I realized when I got to the office that I was not even given a receipt except for the one speed point sale receipt. I am not pleased at all with the service and the fact that there was no one senior to speak to. Needless to say, shocking!!!
