Shocking service KFC Westville Mall

KFC Westville Mall arguably the worst service one can ever experience and to top it all, repeatedly. No supervisor or manager. All the staff walk around doing nothing, no evidence of process or production line. Orders are piling up on the screen, maxed to capacity but no orders are going out. I waited almost 30min for 3 ice cream cones. Complained before via Facebook messenger but disappointingly no response. An absolute disgrace.... Multiple complaining clients but a total disregard from staff. Get your act together!
