Shocking Service KFC Mall of Africa!!!

I went to KFC Mall of Africa on the 31 March 2019, the service was very bad and we had to wait for our food for 45 Minutes, I eventually went to ask and the was no food and they were serving the customers that came after me, what was available, the cashiers kept taking orders and not informing the customers that they will have to wait for food, when the customers complained to the cashier NOKO, he said he doesn't know what is going on at the back, he is only a cashier, I then asked them to cancel my order 164, then they made a plan to get me my meal after telling me that they were waiting for CHIPS, my children were staving, I mean we waited for more than 50 minutes for our order, I was so shocked about the terrible service and I felt that they should have closed for the day if the was no food to serve customers, I mean there are other restaurants with good service around there, my kids wanted to try the DOBBLE DOWN Burger thing.
