Shocking service from KFC market square Grahamstown

Dear KFC. It is with great disappointment that I came to KFC Grahamstown market square on the 10/09 and found a very disappointing service from Mandie who closed the door on my face saying the door is closed. Whilst I was at the door the lady by the name of Vuvu was grabbling from behind saying I must be left at the door whereas Mandie was dancing saying I must complain if I want to but it's closed. They did not even call the branch manager mind you. Time was 09:28, even if I was late I don't think the attitude was appropriate. I even took pictures all of them were giggling and fascinated and I felt ridiculed asking myself whether I was being done a favour by choosing their shop. My concern, is this the service we should expect from KFC Grahamstown at the market square? If so I choose not to be rridiculed for my money and KFC should train Mandie and Vuvu on customer service.
