Shocking service from KFC in Malvern

Placed an order at 4:30pm today...at 4:35, another customer who was ahead of me asked how much longer her order would take. I overheard the cashier saying they are making more chicken and it would take about 8minutes. 15 minutes came and went and still no order. Finally, chicken was ready... you would think that we would then be served in the order that we had placed our order - not so!!! 6 people who had ordered after me were served while I am standing waiting at the counter! Eventually, after complaining loudly, I got my order at 5pm!!!
