SHOCKING SERVICE&BAD ATTITUDE

my sister went to the KFC branch in Ottery, for streetwise 2's for 15 people. She asked for side breast and legs, and was told they can't do that, bearing in mind that she is buying this for four families, my niece had an operation and we were all visiting and that's why my sister went to buy this for the whole family. They refused to give her what she is paying for and told her they will give half thighs and half breast. Upon her arrival we were all unhappy and we went all the way back to the store to rectify the order. We got there and the Manager on duty, if you can call her that, had the most shocking attitude like you won't believe. I came in peace like a decent human being would and was screamed at and given such terrible attitude, that really shocked me beyond measure. I am employed in a customer related business and if I must treat even a dog that way I don't think I will ever get a job. Customers are like elephants and remember and treasure businesses that treat them well and very quickly stop using those who don't. The reason why I am doing this is that this is about the 5th time Im experiencing such alarming service...?
