Shocking Service at KFC Waterfall, KZN

This is the worst KFC I have ever been in. Sometimes there are no staff at the front desk. When there are long queues of customers there is only one person serving at the front but several others standing around doing nothing when they could be serving. Never any sign of management/supervisor. Sometimes they have trainees taking orders and they are very slow and are confused about orders and what to do. Staff badly need a course on Customer Service - they ignore Customers .....
