Shocking Service at KFC

I visited the KFC Chatterton store and they have no stock of Colonel Burgers and buns. This is the second complaint. The speaker system does not work properly and you need to shout the order only to be met with hey i just work you i dont own the place and i will turn up the volume. I then drive at my cost with the current petrol being what it is to Brookside Chatterton only to have to wait while and have the wrong Customer Care Number on the receipt. The number printed does not exist. When i do finally get the customer care number i speak to Alice Radebe who wants my telephone number and says that they will look into the complaint but offer to feedback. What is the point of recording my details. Absolutely shocking that i have to go through great pains to support KFC. The cost of my burgers and now a lot more in time and transport costs to get around.
