Shocking Service and attitude

<p>This morning I stopped at the KFC in Lambton, there was 1x person in front of me who had already placed their order and now was waiting for their order, after waiting 4 minutes I was eventually served this was at 06h43, I placed my order which was 2x Hot Chocolates and 2x toasted chicken mayo, about 5 to 10 minutes later another gentleman walked in and placed his order and proceeded to wait, he eventually got his order and I was still waiting it was not 07h02 I had still not received my order and started getting a little impatient, when I asked what was happening with my order they said it was on its way, how does it take almost 20 minutes to make 2x toasted chicken mayo, eventually I said I would like a refund as I could not wait any longer I was told with an attitude that it is now ready when Ilooked into the kitched they were heating the 1x Chicken Mayo in the microwave I said I do not want a heated up sandwhich and got told its not a "microwave" its a "CONVENTIONAL OVEN ", since when can you put paper in a "conventional oven" and why woud you want to put a toasted in a "conventional oven" if it has just been made on a toaster machine .... they really take their Customers for a "Stupid" and trust me it was such a mission to get my refund, the service and attitude at KFC Lambton is absolutely shocking</p>
