Shocking Service

<p>On Friday the 11th of November at 21h30 we went to KFC Tokai drive thru. We only had 2 vehicles infront of us, yet we waited 23min from order to collection! Unfortunatly that is not all, once we got to the window to collect our order there was no one at the window and after shouting into the window for attention a lady just pointed back and said "is coming" . Another lady came 4min later to give us our order, when I mentioned to her that we have been waiting for 25min she only looked at us and WALKED AWAY! </p> <p> </p>
