SHOCKING SERVICE

KFC on Malibongwe provides the most shocking service. 2 weeks ago my boyfriend and I bought dunked wings and left after we got the order. When we got him and opened the box we found DRY wings, so much for it being called DUNKED WINGS. We drove back there and spoke to the lady at the counter and she exchanged them, not even apologizing. Nevertheless we were there yesterday and we ordered (order number 213) a zinger burger meal with cheese and NO tomato and a double crunch meal. When the order came there was no cheese in the zinger and they left the tomato inside. And both burger barely had any sauce. My boyfriend went back to th counter and asked for more sauce and was told in a very ugly tone that in future he must ask for extra sauce when placing the order!!! Why is it that we must ask for stuff that needs to be done properly from the start?its not like we getting the meals for free and it's not like KFC is still so reasonably priced!!!! Hopefully this will be looked into.
