Shocking service

Hi On Saturday my husband and I went to Upington for the day, we decided on having KFC for lunch which was about 3 in the afternoon. When we got to the KFC we went to sit upstairs cos we needed a plug point to charge our phone, upstairs was so dirty and most of the tables was not cleaned. We called the lady and she came to sweep which we were there to eat! We went to the bathroom and the was no toilet paper we had to ask and they gave us the one from the downstairs bathroom. Then I went to wash my hand after the bathroom just to find that the tap don't work!. Then when our order came it was wrong and had to send it back. Nothing from our visit was pleasant. Does KFC not a someone/anyone that goes and do inspections on your stores? Very disappointed.
