Shocking Service

The KFC in Voortrekker road in Goodwood, is staffed by a bunch of laggards. Load shedding was scheduled for 8PM last night, but they were already turning customers away by 7PM, with a sign reading that 'We are closed due to loadshedding'. Meanwhile, they were still serving those using the drive thru.<br> <br> They simply exposed the security guard to the fury of the customers as their supposed supervisor was refusing to come and address the customers as to why they were closing an hour earlier. It was staggering to experience this. I'd hate to be a franchise owner with such staff serving my customers.<br> <br> One eventually had to go to another outlet in N1 City, which was also to experience power cuts at the same time (8PM). The contrast in service couldn't have been more stark. They were very friendly, with no sign of them being in a rush to close shop. Mind you, it was already past 7:30PM by then. I would really commend this branch.<br> <br> In closing, the Goodwood outlet was just an absolute disaster. Those laggards need to give a chance to people who want to work seeing they are only interested in closing way before time.
