Shocking service

arrived at KFC drive through,lady in front of me hooting because no one is at the drive through window. she eventually left. after I got to the window I shouted and hooted then eventually got a lady that was apparently in the back cooking. after taking my order and being told the order was x I get to the payment window to find a completely different amount. another driver behund us also leaves because no one at window again. after asking what the problem is I was told they were short staffed crazy bad Service. close the drive through if that's the case. The food was also completely drowned in the white mayonnaise sauce making it impossible to eat without a huge mess. had to ask for sugar and s**** that should have been supp**** from the drive thru wwindow.then to find out we asked for one of the burgers not to have egg on and guess what egg. KFC Greenstone you have lost a loyal supporter and with our offices being within walking distance from your franchise I doubt anyone will be buying from you soon either.
