Shocking Service!

Not the first time this has happened, I have been to this specific KFC at least 4 times in the last month, and every single time the same thing happens.<br> I would place my order, perfectly fine, no problem.<br> Then it comes to receiving my order, I would wait whilst people who have placed orders after me receive their orders.<br> One or two is alright i wont complain, but they have the number system, every single time up to 20 people after me get their orders first.<br> I would also not be so upset if my order was complicated, but a simple family treat, and i wait up to an hour for the stuff.<br> <br> I would like to know why the hell this happens?<br> And when i ask to speak to the manager the idiot people in your front office refuse to call anyone with any sense of responsibility.<br> <br> I would love to know why i should ever go back to this useless branch?<br> <br> Maybe just maybe you should send your staff to the KFC at Kyalami, their service is always impeccable.<br> Always happy and willing to assist, service with a smile constantly.<br> <br> Take notes from them, they still know what actual service is.<br> <br> Would love some feedback regarding this as the Vorna Valley kfc is convenient but i won't be wasting my time there again.<br>
