Shocking Service

Last night I was at KFC Carlswald in Midrand. I ordered two meals of Streetwise 2 with pap and paid my R49.80 with a R100 note. I was served by Dikeledi. I got change for R50.00, and there was no mention of the 20cents. I just assumed that she had no coins and didn't mind. I specifically asked for a thigh and drumstick for both meals as this is what the children love. I was told to stand by the side while she served other customers. After waiting for about 10minutes without being told why I was waiting, I was then given my order. When I got home, I realised that there was one piece in one of the meals instead of the two that I paid for. It was neither a thigh or a drumstick. As it was 2130hrs, I could not drive back to the outlet to complain. My question is, what is the purpose then of ordering and paying for something when you are not going to get what you paid for? I normally buy my meals at KFC Vorna Valley and I have never experienced such unprecedented levels of incompetence as I experienced at Carlswald yesterday. This is totally unacceptable and I think this is the last time I will ever buy there.
