Shocking service

<p>Stopped at kfc newton park in port elizabeth tonight drive through. Order some crushers. Only when we finish telling the cashier what we want, she informs us that they dont have ice every night from 10pm until 6am. 1stly, there was no notice on ANY of the menu boards, 2ndly none at the cashier point and lastly then had to wait 25min in the trough to get out again. This is completely unacceptable. And i cant see how a 24hr branch does not have ice EVERY night. Then the manager says that the machine is programmed this way... what a load of nonsense.</p>
