Shocking KFC service

Worst experiences from a KFC branch. Sat nearly 30 minutes waiting at a drive-through in Voorbaai Mossel Bay. Only 1 person operating the whole shop while we all sit and wait. I eventually asked for my money back, which they seemed too glad to accept. Shocking from an international fast food chain.
