Shocking - KFC CIRCULAR DRIVE

Shocking experience.. the KFC in Circular Drive, Lorraine, Port Elizabeth, is completely unorganized and slack with their customer service.. I arrived at 20:20 on the 13th of March to order food and there was a line, which was fine I didn’t mind waiting.. when I get to the counter to make my order I realized what the problem was, I had to repeat my order three times for the cashier to actually understand and get it right.. I then went through to collect my order And was handed the wrong order twice only then to be told it’ll take FIVE minutes to get to me because they wanted fresh stock.. I parked my car and waited 25 minutes to no avail.. I went inside the restaurant and was handed my COLD food and incorrect order items with my order, the manager then said she can only compensate me for one meal when my whole order was cold
