SHOCKING EXPERIENCE

Shocking service. I go to KFC Coastlands drive thru. Nobody attends to me at the speaker box. Only to be told later to move to the first window to place my order. There is no sign to make us aware that they do not assist at the speaker box. So i then place my order. While paying for my meal at the window, the car behind me goes around me to the next window where you would normally collect your order and places his order at that window. The staff seems oblivious to this and takes his order, makes him pay, collects his order and drives off. Which means we follow the queue for nothing. Most shocking experience ever. Will defintely not be going back there!!!!!!!!!!
