Shocking Customer Service

On numerous occasions i have been to this branch and most of the staff (not all of them) but most of the time, i have received shocking customer service from the staff at this branch! With a BLATANT disregard for the customers needs. I have once waited for 12 minutes at the take out window just for the staff to come and take my order! after much hooting and calling to try and bring some form of life to the counter i was created by a staff member who stood in the corridor staring at me with no enthusiasm and then with out a sorry sir i will call someone right away he lumbered off to call someone. The person that then greeted me to take my order was even more enthusiastic, i express the utmost amount of sarcasm in this reference! there have also been other occasions of appalling service in which we tried to place an order with the cashier this time and we greeted her and she gave us no response or greeting and then walked off after we asked if we could order? She called another employee who came with the same attitude and again no greeting after placing our order she walks off to call someone else to do the rest of her job and carries on with her conversation! absolutely pathetic
