Shocking Branch Service

On 2 occasions within a 2 week period I have used the call centre to place orders.<br> the first at 11.15am delivery to come from Old Main Road pinetown - found out after 4 phone calls that driver had a flat tyre - than phoned the branch direct at 3.30pm to be told THEY CANCELLED my most wanted order.<br> Food arrived at 4.15pm luke warm.<br> <br> today 3 Feb placed order at 11.15am, have phoned 3 times and now 1 call to Paradise Junctions to be told only 1 driver, he is on overload and it is now 2.32pm- way passed my lunch hour and still no food has arrived.<br> <br> I am in a customer service industry and this is disgusting from a brand like KFC
