Shocking and Disgusting Service

I visited the KFC in Phoenix on the 9th of March. When I entered the store there was only 2 customers at the counter, 1 was waiting to be served and the other was awaiting their order. I stood in the line and was waiting at least 5 mins for someone to serve and nobody came. Then a guy comes in (could be drunk or high) and was screaming, this was going on for more than 5 mins and nobody came in to even remove this person. While waiting to be served I call the area manager on *** whose name and number is listed on the wall. I complained about the service and he could hear the guy screaming in the background. He stated that there was 3 managers on duty and he will contact them. I then wondered where the managers are if the 3 are on duty. I stayed for another minute or so and then just left without any meals. Proof will be on the camera which is pointed directly at the counters.
