Shocking!

I am absolutely horrified at the lack of service received from the KFC in Plettenberg Bay. I have complained to the manager of the branch on many occasions, but nothing seems to change. Yesterday I was asked to wait for 3 minutes for my KFC salad, which I gladly did, but 3 minutes turned into 10 minutes and when the staff member finally came out with my food, she made sure to finish the conversation she was having with a friend before bringing my food, which by then was cold. The chips I ordered were not in the bag and the chicken was cold and mushy. Unfortunately I only noticed this when I got back to work as I had to rush to be back on time. I called the branch who promised to get the manager to call me back.....still waiting!
