shocked by poor service

I am very shocked by the manner KFC Chris Hani Crossing staff members carry themselves. They have negative attitude towards customers. The service is very poor, tables are dirty, you wait for your order for more than an hour. You have to fight and push other customers to maneuver around to get your order. Apparently it is normal to push other customers to get your slip on their side in order for your order to be prepared.
