****ty Attitude. NO customer service

We went to KFC in Zambezi around 12h10. We drove through the drive thru. When we got to the window to place our order a staff member was standing in the driveway, we tried to get next to her to place our order, she looked at us as if we were disturbing her while she and the other one was talking. We began to place our order, she then started talking in her language turned and walked away, we continued placing our order with the other one, No Hello or good bye or any kind of service from these two!!! It was as if they were doing us a favour to serve us! Pathetic! When we got home to eat, my Colonel Burger was dry!!! And the lettuce was brown. My husband ate his Crunch Burger, the 'patty' was rock hard, and the bun was old!!! This is really unacceptable! KFC is already expensive, and then you get poor service, and pathetic food.
