**** service from kfc staff

Walked in at KFC today not originally from the area and since my wife likes the meat from them just walked time was 6:00pm at first the cashier Hlengiwe was sweet but the tables turned when i had people were waiting for long but because i know people are always complaining didint worry problem started when i experienced this i wait 1 hour for the meal and no apologies from Diggie Indian manager am not being ****** but i must say to all management at KFC this specifi branch has **** service staff has attitude please sort this out if you don't believe me look at the footage and see the customers being angry KFC never run promotions if you cant handle the pressure
