KFC dube village has to be the worst KFCon earth. The staff are very rude and they don't even inform you if you have to wait while the make more chicken. Just saw this other customer who asked to have his order separated into two parcels but the packer just ignored him and shoved his order to him. Managers are no where to be seen and if you complain they don't do anything about it. So my question is does the owner of this branch not care about customers because we are in a poor place so we get poor service. Maybe get a manager of colour and not a African manager maybe it might help service. I'm not saying black people can't manage but I'm simply saying the management you have here does not know what they are doing.
