**** CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Sunday evening just after midnight , I made my way to the KFC in Sunward Park(boksburg) as it is a 24H Franchise. Upon arrival there was no one in the que besides 3 customers waiting for their orders. While waiting for assistance , the lady who worked that evening just stared at me and spouse as if we were shadows . We had to wait for all 3 customers to get their order FIRST BEFORE I COULD ORDER MY FOOD. I THEN PLACED MY ORDER WITH A BUDDY COKE , THE COKE HAD NO GAS IT WAS TOO LATE TO TAKE IT BACK AS I WAS HOME ALREADY . A thing that stood out was that they were the same race , I don't know if it was a race thing but the service that was provided was truly disgusting. I will never go to that KFC again and in the past they get orders wrong and close the drive way but open after a certain time. THE KFC IN SUNWARD PARK SHOULD JUST CLOSE DOWN , THE SERVICE IS TRULY TRULY PATHETIC !!!
