Shirt staff during lunch hours

I have been numerous times to KFC Troute Mall and most of the times during my lunch hr.I had enough with that branch,Queues are long ppl waiting to place orders and only 2 staff to take orders the rest of the staff at the back.I asked the lady on the 5th of April where are they rest of the staff because we can not stand in the queue for so long.She said that there,s only 2 of them to take orders and the she just ignored me and with urgentcies that ppl are waiting to be served. I ordered a zinger burger and 5 pieces 2 gravies.I paid for it and I also paid for extra zinger sauce on my burger and that was not in the burger.So I called the cleaning lady and told her so she took the burger in to get me the sauce which i paid for.KFC Trade Route is a troublesome branch.My famlies also complaints abt the staff there.We wish another branch of KFC somewhere else in Lenasia.Some of the staff are so blessed with patience that they even becomes so slow and that became a way of life.They just dont care about the public.They even talk to the friends while serving the public and delay the whole order.I have seen this all my life.Something needs to be done asap abt that branch
